Cookie Policy

The Downshire Hill Residents' Association website does not use any tracking, advertising, or behavioural cookies. This page explains our approach to cookies and how we handle your data when you visit.

Analytics

We use Fathom Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Fathom is a privacy-first analytics tool that is fully compliant with UK GDPR and PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations). Fathom sets no cookies, collects no personal data, and does not track you across websites. No cookie consent banner is required for its use. You can read more at fathom.sh/privacy.

Contact and event forms

When you use our contact form or submit an event for consideration, the information you provide is sent by email to the DHRA committee at info@downshirehillra.com. This data is not stored in cookies. Event submissions may be stored in our content management system if we choose to publish the event — this is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party data

Our planning and policing pages display publicly available data from Camden Open Data (opendata.camden.gov.uk) and the National Police Data API (data.police.uk). These are read-only public datasets. Visiting these pages does not result in any of your data being shared with those services.

No other cookies

We do not use cookies for advertising, remarketing, social media tracking, or any other purpose. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required by law, request your consent before setting any cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at this address. This policy was last updated in March 2026.
